This Privacy Policy explains how rayBLAST, LLC ("rayBLAST," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rayblast.com (the "Site"), sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter or email us, we collect the information you provide — such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Newsletter signups. When you submit the newsletter form, we collect your email address and pass it to our email service provider, MailerLite, which stores it on our behalf and uses it to deliver the newsletter. As part of processing your signup, we also briefly process technical data such as your IP address to prevent spam and abuse (for example, rate-limiting repeated submissions). We do not use your newsletter email address for any purpose other than sending you the updates you requested.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site, using cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect payment information on this Site. Purchases of our tools are handled by third-party stores (e.g., the Unity Asset Store) under their own terms and privacy policies.

• With service providers who help us run the Site and newsletter — currently Vercel (site hosting and analytics) and MailerLite (newsletter delivery and subscriber storage) — bound to protect your data and process it only on our instructions;

• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

rayBLAST operates the Site from Texas, United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
